Content on this site is for general information about our Brighton shop. We aim to keep details accurate but prices, turnaround, and availability may change. Nothing on the site forms a binding offer until we accept items at the counter or confirm in writing.
Services
When you leave garments with us, a ticket records the items and any special notes. You should tell us about known stains, fragile trims, or previous damage. We take reasonable care; some marks may not fully clear and some fabrics respond unpredictably despite careful methods.
Uncollected items may be stored for a reasonable period. After notice, abandoned items may be disposed of in line with UK consumer law and shop policy.
Payment
Payment is due when collecting garments unless we agree otherwise. Quotes given at the counter apply to the items inspected.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for loss or damage to garments is limited to a fair value proportionate to the service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy and cookie notice, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections.
